Can you read the label?

Which one will you choose?

A banana or a banana muffins?

Can you read the ingredients list or labeling?

Is it some chemical name, such as vitamins, niacin, b1, b2, etc? Is it whole food or it's synthetically made ingredients?

What happen if you are eating the chemical on daily basis?

How does it impact your liver, kidney and other parts of organs?

Choose whole food, than chemically added food.

Cheers

How Antioxidant helps in disease prevention incuding cancer

Antioxidant is the enemy of free radicals.

It forms a protection layer to prevent cells from being damaged. These are the compounds that can inhibit oxidative stress.

Wholesome plant definitely contains antioxidant, since antioxidant gives the fruits/vege colours and aroma. That's why we need variety of colours and types.

Without antioxidant, the protection layer is removed, and bare cells are easily being mutated/damaged. Look at picture above.

However, please be aware that lots of people are taking antioxidant from pills, e.g. vitamin/multi vitamins. When antioxidant is prepared chemically, or extracted from a wholesome food, it doesn't work the same anymore.

Further, do check out following on where does vitamins come form, and what's the side effects of taking vitamin supplements.
