Can you read the label?










Which one will you choose?

A banana or a banana muffins?
















Can you read the ingredients list or labeling?

Is it some chemical name, such as vitamins, niacin, b1, b2, etc? Is it whole food or it's synthetically made ingredients?

























What happen if you are eating the chemical on daily basis?

How does it impact your liver, kidney and other parts of organs?

Choose whole food, than chemically added food.

  1. We'd better choose whole food rather than chemically added food. But not all chemicals are bad, there are natural chemicals and artificially synthetic chemicals. The natural ones are better than the other in most cases. Compared with GMO food, we'd better choose natural ones.
