Can you read the label?










Which one will you choose?

A banana or a banana muffins?
















Can you read the ingredients list or labeling?

Is it some chemical name, such as vitamins, niacin, b1, b2, etc? Is it whole food or it's synthetically made ingredients?

























What happen if you are eating the chemical on daily basis?

How does it impact your liver, kidney and other parts of organs?

Choose whole food, than chemically added food.

Is your calcium supplement safe?

Dangerous of taking calcium supplement which is synthetically or chemically prepared!




Again message is clear, calcium supplement is usually chemically prepared, it may bring more harm than good in long run.

We need to get the calcium from natural and wholesome food source, such as pearl, Soy, or other green leafy vegetables. 

One of my favourite beverage is Aromantic! It's made from Bee Pollen, pumpkin flower, roasted barley and pearl.

1. Barley 
  • high in amino acids, vitamins, protein, carbohydrates, minerals, and beta-glucan. 
  • Beta-glucan promotes the growth of beneficial bacteria in the colon and helps prevent absorption of fats and cholesterol in the intestine.

2. Pumpkin flower 

  • high in carotene. 
  • May be effective against conditions such as insomnia, high blood pressure and stroke, and may improve heart function.

3. Bee Pollen


  • Rich in amino acids that are essential to life. 
  • Easy for the body to assimilate, bee pollen may strengthen the immune system and circulatory system, halt the hardening of arteries. 
  • Other nutrients in bee pollen include lecithin and large amounts of vitamins A, C, D, E and B-complex.

4. Pearl

  • high calcium content makes it an ideal supplement for good health. 
  • Pearl’s calcium can be very potent in stimulating bone marrow cells and new bone formation. 
  • Researchers have concluded that pearl can improve nervous system function, contributing to pearl’s anti-aging effects. 
  • Pearl may also help improve skin condition and the digestive system.


Aromantic is natural and high in calcium and amino acid, suitable for those who is in need of calcium, and it also help in sleeping!

One of the unique feature that I like about Aromantic is it tastes and smells like coffee, but it doesn't contain any coffee ingredient! Strange yay! It's due to the roasted barley. After roasting, it will have a nice coffee smell. It's also suitable for those who addicted to coffee yet doesn't wish to take in caffeine.

Where does your vitamins came from??

Are mentioned in the post, taking vitamin supplement may cause more harm than good. But do you know where does your vitamin supplements came from?

It's very important to be a wise consumer to know what you are eating! Do check out following link, it's very informative as it mentioned clearly on how certain vitamins are prepared. 

For all supplements that we are taking, when it's stated natural, is it true? How to recognize it?


Message is clear again - taking wholesome fruit and vegetable is the only way to go as it will not lead to any side effects. On top of that, it brings in much more benefits!
