Do take note of the side effects of taking vitamin supplement.
Most of the time, vitamin supplements are chemically processed or chemically extracted, thus causing a lot of side effects. E.g eating more vitamin A leads to the risk of having osteoporosis, and there's a limit on the amount that we can take on daily basic.
However, if we are taking the vitamin A from wholesome fruits and vegetable, for example carrot. It doesn't matter how many carrot that we are taking, it will not lead to side effects!

Definitely, it's very obvious.
We may think that we are not taking any vitamins, however, synthetic vitamins have been fortified and added into most food that we taking, such as bread, cereals, cookies, milo etc.
