How I stay young and stay healthy with Oxyginberry

Aging is major culprit for most illnesses, irregardless of our age, aging happens. 

Aging happens both internally, and externally.

Let's look at what will happen when we age?

I encounter serious insomnia, and gastric while I was working in investment bank 7 years back, due to high stress and irregular meal hour. I tends to delay my meal timing due to meeting or when rushing projects. 

I wasn't aware that my body was deteriorating back then. Without much knowledge on health, I was loaded myself with sleeping pills, anti-acid and pain killers with the hope to get better.

While I loaded myself with all these medication, I suffer from side effects, especially chronic fatigue, hair dropping, and frequent flu and cough. 

As a consumer, informed choice and right knowledge is important to safe guard our health. I wasn't aware back then. 

I did spring cleaning early last year, just spotted all these are in my cabinets still, which I had thrown away some. 


























This is me and my best friend before I get to know about Nutritional Immunology. I was 28, always tired.

Thanks for giving myself opportunity to learn more about Nutritional Immunology, I am able to get myself out from the bad cycle in relying on various medication, and look good too.

I know that day to day I can't have much healthy food. Most of the food available are focusing a lot on basic carbohydrate and protein, such as Ban Mian, Chicken Rice, economic rice, fish soup, carrot cake, etc, healthy food options are not easily available. 

There was a period of time, I keep having salad as my lunch as it's generally healthier. One salad meal near my office at Raffles Place easily costs about $10-$16, with typical vegetable such as Lettuce/Spinach as base, with my other favorite topping such as capsicum, mushroom, chickpeas, sweet potato, edamame, pumpkin, kidney bean, etc.

How I came to know Nutritional Immunology.

I believe when we fall sick, we may start to ask around our friends and relatives to get the contact of best specialist, or best Chinese physician. I was one of them too.

I came from Investment banking background. Due to high stress, irregular meal hour and round the clock meetings with colleagues from other regions, I developed in serious insomnia, constant flu and cough, acidic stomach and sinusitis. I remember there was a period whereby I took cab back home from office about 1am-2am, leaving office the same time as UK colleagues, and the night shift cab uncle can remember me, they even offer to fetch me on regular basis!

Subsequently I started to look around for psychiatrist to address my insomnia. At the same time I was on few sleeping pills plus anti-depressant. Name a few - Xanax, Lorazepam. I can't imagine that I had been taking them for more than 1 year!

Also, sinusitis is another problem that bothering me. I believe some people working in office may encounter this. 

Same as lots of people, I been visiting one specialist after another, one TCM after another. The medicine given is able to stop my symptoms, but when I was off from the medicine, the problem back again.

Until one fine day when my friend share with me about Nutritional Immunology, I then know that actually we are all born with best doctor in the world, which is our immune system.

99% of the diseases occur due to the malfunction of immune system, being too strong, too weak, or hyperactive.

And I know I need to nourish my immune system on day to day basis so that it will be balanced. The very first Nutritional Immunology Food that I was taking is Oxyginberry!
